Front Desk Associate – Morning Shift - ( Female Candidates Only )

Shift Hours: Morning Shift (6:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Reports to: Gym Manager / Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for members and guests. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and organized environment by providing excellent customer service, handling daily front desk operations, and supporting the overall success of the gym.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Check in members and manage guest sign-ins using the gym's check-in system.
• Handle new membership inquiries, sign-ups, and cancellations.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with general questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby area.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and update member accounts.
• Promote gym services, classes, and products.
• Report facility issues or concerns to the appropriate team.
