Key Responsibilities

• Sell new memberships, renewals, upgrades, PT packages, nutrition programs, and corporate memberships
• Provide exceptional customer support at the front deskgreeting members, handling calls, and managing daily operations
• Maintain updated knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and promotions
• Manage the sales planner and follow structured sales systems
• Record all walk-ins, inquiries, and leads in GDM software
• Conduct follow-up and courtesy calls to ensure member satisfaction and retention
• Generate leads through calls, texts, emails, events, and walk-ins
• Support internal and external marketing initiatives
• Handle member concerns professionally to ensure excellent service delivery
