Key Responsibilities: Supervise front desk staff and manage shift operations Handle reservations (calls, DMs, online platforms) and ensure accurate booking records Greet guests with professionalism and warmth Resolve customer queries and ensure top-notch service Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and floor teams for seamless guest experiences Train and motivate team members to maintain high service standards Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in front desk/reservation roles (hospitality or F&B preferred) Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam Leadership experience or potential to lead a team Familiarity with reservation systems and POS software Customer-focused, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance incentives Fun, youthful, and energetic work environment Growth opportunities within the brand Staff meals & exclusive employee perks Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Front Desk/Reservation: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 26/05/2025
