front desk receptionist(MALE)

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our gym members and visitors. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, manage front desk operations, and support daily administrative tasks to ensure a welcoming and efficient gym environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests warmly and assist with inquiries
• Manage member check-ins, registrations, and bookings
• Handle phone calls and front desk communications
• Maintain member records and update databases
• Process payments, memberships, and renewals
• Keep the reception area well organized
• Coordinate with trainers and management for schedules and updates

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk executive (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use management software
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Skills:

• MS-Excel
• computer knowledge

Shift timings :

• morning- 6 am to 11 am
• evening - 5 pm to 10 pm

SALARY :

• STARTING SALARY : Rs. 15,000 TILL 3 MONTHS
• PERFORMANCE BASED INCENTIVE AFTER 3 MONTHS

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
