Front Desk Receptionist/Gaming Attendent

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join as a Gaming and Cafe Front Desk Representative.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the establishment- Assist customers with reservations, bookings, and inquiries- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area- Provide information on gaming equipment, cafe menu items, and promotional offers- Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate delivery- Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner- Collaborate with gaming area staff to ensure smooth operations- Update and maintain customer records accurately- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a gaming or cafe setting- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in cash handling and basic computer skills- Knowledge of gaming equipment and cafe menu items is a plus- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications: Highschool or Graduate with Good communication skills in Telugu, English
