We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join as a Gaming and Cafe Front Desk Representative. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers as they enter the establishment - Assist customers with reservations, bookings, and inquiries - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Provide information on gaming equipment, cafe menu items, and promotional offers - Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate delivery - Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently - Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Collaborate with gaming area staff to ensure smooth operations - Update and maintain customer records accurately - Adhere to all health and safety regulations Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a gaming or cafe setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in cash handling and basic computer skills - Knowledge of gaming equipment and cafe menu items is a plus - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Qualifications: Highschool or Graduate with Good communication skills in Telugu, English Aged 18 +years only.
