Position Type Permanent. Mandatory Skills We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and perform a variety of administrative tasks to support our team. The ideal candidate is personable, efficient, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms or staff. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations. Order and manage office supplies inventory as needed.
