Job Description:

Vecura Wellness is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally
• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries
• Schedule and manage client appointments
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
• Handle basic administrative tasks and client records
• Coordinate with wellness staff for smooth operations
• Provide information about services and offers

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of receptionist or customer service experience
• Fluency in English and Tamil (spoken and written)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment scheduling software)
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
• Punctual, organized, and customer-focused
