Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet students, parents, and visitors politely.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Share information about courses, fees, and schedules.
  • Assist in admissions, fee collection, and maintaining records.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks and coordinate with staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate .
  • Good communication skills in ( English, Tamil).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).
  • Pleasant personality and customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours: 9 AM – 7 PM, 6days/week(Any one day week off)
