Job Title: Receptionist (Female Only) Experience: 1–2 Years Qualification: Graduate Salary: As per market standards Location: Noida Sector-62 (Near Electronic City Metro Station) Shift: Day Shift Job Description: We are seeking a well-spoken and professional Receptionist to join our front office team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Handle and route incoming calls effectively with a pleasant tone. Maintain the reception area and visitor logs. Support basic administrative and clerical tasks as required. Use MS Excel for maintaining records, data entry, and coordination. Provide information and guidance to callers and visitors when needed. Desired Candidate Profile: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Friendly and approachable personality with a customer-focused approach. Confident in handling front-desk responsibilities and multitasking. Comfortable with phone handling and coordination work. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
