Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain visitor records and manage front desk operations.
• Provide administrative support to school staff when required.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and communications with parents.
• Ensure a welcoming and professional front office environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant diploma.
• Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk executive (school experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
