Front Desk Secretary – Arun Physio Rehab Center (APRC) Location: Vishwanathapuram, Thudiyalur, Coimbatore Are you the smiling face patients see first and the organized mind that keeps everything flowing? At APRC, we’re looking for a Front Desk Secretary who is warm, proactive, and passionate about making every patient feel at home the moment they walk in. What You’ll Do: Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and appointment bookings efficiently Maintain patient records with care, confidentiality, and accuracy Coordinate with physiotherapists and ensure seamless daily clinic operations Collect payments and issue receipts Assist in clinic administration, stock monitoring, and report preparation We’re Looking For: Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English) Prior experience in a clinic or hospital front office (preferred but not mandatory) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Google Calendar) Friendly, organized, and reliable personality Why Join APRC?
