Job Summary

Be the welcoming face of the company by managing front desk operations, assisting clients, and ensuring smooth office administration in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, guiding them within the office.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless office operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly attitude.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry terminology is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
