Job Summary

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Front Desk Executive plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This role involves managing front office operations, handling inquiries related to interior design products or building materials, and supporting administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in clients, vendors, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and route incoming calls related to product inquiries, orders, or appointments
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area showcasing product brochures and samples
• Coordinate appointments for design consultations or site visits
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and delivery logs
• Maintain inventory of front office supplies and promotional materials
• Support sales and design teams with basic administrative tasks
• Update client records and assist with data entry for CRM systems

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 12 years of experience in a front desk or customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with interior design terminology or building material products is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and customer service mindset
