This role involves managing front office operations, handling inquiries related to interior design products or building materials, and supporting administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in clients, vendors, and visitors with warmth and professionalism Answer and route incoming calls related to product inquiries, orders, or appointments Maintain a tidy and organized reception area showcasing product brochures and samples Coordinate appointments for design consultations or site visits Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and delivery logs Maintain inventory of front office supplies and promotional materials Support sales and design teams with basic administrative tasks Update client records and assist with data entry for CRM systems Qualifications & Skills Minimum 12 years of experience in a front desk or customer-facing role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with interior design terminology or building material products is a plus Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and customer service mindset Interested candidates please share your C.v on 9667658361 or reshu.angelgenie@yahoo.com
