We are a family-run centre dedicated to authentic Ayurveda therapies, wellness, Yoga and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist clients with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism. Manage front desk operations – phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling. Provide clear and accurate information about our Ayurveda treatments & wellness services (training will be provided) Handle client inquiries and resolve issues with a positive approach. Maintain client records and ensure the reception area is always presentable. Collect customer feedback and encourage clients to leave reviews. Qualifications & Skills: Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi Confident, and professional personality. Basic computer knowledge for managing appointments & emails. Prior experience in hospitality/spa/wellness front desk preferred (but not mandatory).
