Job Description

The front office of a hotel is the first point of contact for guests, and is responsible for their experience during their stay. Front office staff have many responsibilities, including:  Welcoming guests: Greeting guests in a courteous and efficient manner  Checking guests in and out: Allocating rooms, providing keys, and taking payments  Handling reservations: Managing room bookings and reservations  Answering questions: Providing information about the hotel's services, local attractions, and amenities  Resolving issues: Addressing guest queries and requests  Administrative tasks: Filing, photocopying, and mail distribution  Concierge services: Booking theater tickets, arranging travel, and providing information about local attractions  Checking out and Billing: Checking guests out and generating bills Location: Jamshedpur Salary: Rs 18,000 to 28,000
