Front Desk Executive / Patient Counselor & Floor Manager

Healthy Jeena Sikho is a leading healthcare brand offering rental and sales solutions for medical equipment and home healthcare services. We are now expanding into physiotherapy and wellness services — providing personalized care through our new clinics.

We are looking for a dynamic, pleasant, and people-friendly professional who can be the face of our new clinic setup — someone who loves interacting with people, guiding them, and creating a welcoming environment.

Role Overview:

The Front Desk Executive & Patient Counselor will manage daily clinic operations, greet visitors, and counsel them about services. The role requires a confident communicator who can handle customer interactions, organize small marketing events, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Understand customer needs and explain physiotherapy and other wellness services.
• Act as a counselor to guide customers toward the most suitable treatment/service.
• Coordinate appointments between patients and physiotherapists/doctors.
• Maintain visitor data, appointments, and feedback records.
• Host and support marketing and wellness events to promote the clinic.
• Handle inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins efficiently.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and positive environment on the clinic floor.
• Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships and encourage referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Age: 28 – 45 years preferred.
• Education: Graduate (any stream). Background in healthcare, hospitality, or counseling preferred.
• Experience: 2–6 years in front office, patient care, or customer service roles.
• Skills & Qualities:
• Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
• Warm, empathetic, and confident personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM).
• Presentable and proactive.
• Ability to engage in small public interactions or event hosting.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).
• Incentives for conversions and event participation.
