We are a well-established clinic committed to providing excellent patient care in a professional and friendly environment. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiasticClinic Receptionistto join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional approach.
Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Handle phone calls and inquiries in Kannada and English.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Coordinate with doctors, staff, and patients for smooth clinic operations.
Manage billing and payment processes as required.

Requirements

Minimum
2 years of experience
as a receptionist/front office executive.
Fluency in
Kannada and English
(spoken and written).
Prior experience in a
clinic, hospital, or salon
is highly preferred.
Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, scheduling software).
Friendly, approachable, and patient-centric attitude.
