Front Desk Executive - Cosmetic Clinic Bandra West

About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and presentable Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a well-kept, professional appearance to represent our clinic’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients warmly and manage the reception area efficiently.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally.
• Maintain patient records and update the database accurately.
• Assist with billing, invoices, and payments when required.
• Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and other staff for smooth patient flow.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Provide information about clinic services and answer patient queries politely.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Professional and neat appearance at all times.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software; knowledge of dental software is a plus).
• Previous experience in a clinic, spa, or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Fluency in English
