As a Front Desk Retail & Customer Support at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, handling reception duties, and overseeing store operations. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist visitors, handle phone calls, and manage the front desk as part of your reception duties. - Attend to customers visiting the showroom in the office as the store in-charge. - Provide chat support to customers for their queries. - Manually confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders received on the website. Qualifications Required: - Presence of mind to handle customer queries effectively. - Interest in fashion and trends to develop an understanding of the product. - Proficiency in computer skills. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly. - Strong command of the English language. Please note that this is a Full-time role with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
