Front Desk Administrator

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Relations and Event Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of client interactions, from initial contact to post-event follow-up. Your primary tasks will include: Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients and schedule premise visits. Showcase the premises and provide detailed information about our services. Understand client needs and preferences to tailor offerings accordingly. Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate and detailed quotations based on client requirements. Present proposals effectively and address any client queries or concerns. Food Testing Coordination: Arrange food testing sessions for clients to sample our menu offerings. Gather feedback and adjust menu options as needed. Client Finalization: Guide clients through the finalization process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. Facilitate contract signings and secure necessary deposits. Event Management: Oversee all aspects of event execution, from setup to breakdown. Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Ensure smooth coordination between various departments to deliver exceptional service. Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from clients post-event to assess satisfaction levels. Use feedback to make improvements and enhance future client experiences. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or event coordination preferred. Punctual in work Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Flexibility to work weekends. Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.
