Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales training sessions and create training videos for educating the marketing team & other staff.
• Audit sales executives’ daily, weekly, and monthly activities, including leads, visits, and follow-ups.
• Collect and review weekly tour plans and ensure timely submission.
• Monitor lead handling, field visits, and reporting compliance.
• Conduct follow-ups with the team regarding leads, visits, and performance targets.
• Perform net surfing for new products, market information, and competitor updates.
• Coordinate courier dispatch of samples to vendors and customers
• Provide AI training to staff and guide them in using new AI tools.
• Prepare audit reports and share performance feedback with management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
