Freshers Mechanical Engineering (Male)

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and technically inclined individuals for the position of Assistant Track Machine Operator. The selected candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining specialized railway track maintenance machines, including tamping machines, ballast regulators, and dynamic track stabilizers. This role is critical in ensuring that railway tracks are maintained to the highest standards of safety and performance.

Freshers with a diploma or engineering background are welcome to apply. Comprehensive training and certification will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various on-track machines used in rail maintenance and track geometry correction (e.g., tampers, regulators, stabilizers).
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections to ensure machine safety and performance.
• Follow detailed track maintenance schedules and instructions from supervisors or engineers.
• Monitor track geometry readings and make necessary adjustments to machine settings.
• Communicate effectively with ground crew, signal operators, and control centres to coordinate safe machine operations.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure reliability.
• Maintain accurate operational and maintenance logs as per company standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with railway safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Assist with loading/unloading and movement of machines when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma / Engineering in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical (preferred).
• Experience: Fresher (training will be provided).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to work in field environments.

Selection & Training Process:

• Submit the following documents:
• 10th Certificate
• Diploma Mark Sheet & Certificate
• Police Clearance Certificate (receipt acceptable initially)
• Receive a Letter of Verification.
• Report to designated Railway authorities for Document Verification and Medical Examination.
• Attend 2-day Safety Training for shortlisted candidates.
• Undergo 26-day Residential Training at Allahabad (Food & Accommodation provided by company).
• Pass the final assessment post-training to receive your official Appointment Order.
• Note: No stipend is provided during the training period.
