As a Client Relationship Manager, your main goal is to maintain and manage strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving issues promptly. Your responsibilities include: - Effectively managing communication with clients to understand their editorial requirements, address inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction. - Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and enhance the overall client experience. - Regularly updating and maintaining the client database to ensure accurate and current information for seamless communication and efficient workflow. - Implementing a systematic follow-up process to ensure timely responses to client queries, submissions, and feedback, demonstrating a proactive approach to client needs. - Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices. Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters or any related field in education. - Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome. - Knowledge of the research publication industry. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. - Ability to adapt to a challenging environment.
