As a HR Recruiter cum Back Office at Weblee Technologies, you will be responsible for recruitment activities along with back office support. Your role will require excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. You will be working full-time at our Kolkata Baguiati Joramandir office. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting recruitment activities for official vacancies - Verifying original documents of candidates during the walk-in interviews - Handling back office tasks efficiently - Ensuring smooth communication with candidates and other team members - Coordinating with the team for hiring processes - Adhering to the eligibility criteria for the candidates - Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders Qualification Required: - Must have completed Higher Secondary or Graduation - Freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in a similar field are eligible - Candidates with a background in B.E./B.Tech. can also apply Weblee Technologies is a company specializing in developing extraordinary websites and eCommerce solutions globally.
