As a Ticketing Executive/Ground Staff, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel needs, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and holiday packages. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and holiday packages
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure accuracy in ticketing and reservations
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Check-in and board passengers
• Assist with luggage and other airport procedures
• Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
