We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresher candidates to join our team as Real Estate Executives in Thane, Mumbai. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in promoting and selling residential/commercial properties in Thane and nearby areas.

Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, social media, and networking.

Schedule and conduct property site visits with potential clients.

Maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Support senior sales executives in negotiations and deal closures.

Stay updated with property trends, pricing, and competitors in the Thane real estate market.

Handle customer queries and provide suitable property solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Fresh graduates (B.Com, BBA, BMS, BA, or equivalent field) can apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms (preferred).

Interest in sales and customer interaction.
