Company Description The Kindness Practice Foundation is an Indian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to promoting sustainable living and mental health awareness. We provide consulting services to sensitise organisations to the impact of neurodiversity on employee and public health, as well as the health of the planet. Through Unhurry® and The Restore Awards®, the foundation disseminates science-backed research and celebrates efforts in mental health and sustainability. Our initiatives aim to foster a better understanding of how mental and physical health is interconnected with environmental wellness. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for ONLY Freshers, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Those with experience in working even for 1–2 years need not apply. The Fresher will be involved in supporting the directors, various projects related to sustainable living and mental health initiatives, conducting research, assisting in organising awareness events, and collaborating with team members to achieve project goals. Daily tasks will also include creating content for Unhurry®, participating in discussions, and contributing to the overall mission of the foundation. Qualifications Strong Research and Analytical skills Passion for Mental Health, Sustainability, and Neurodiversity Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills Ability to Organize and Assist in Events both On-site and Online Proficiency in using Digital Tools for communication and collaboration Ability to work independently and in a team environment A degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Psychology, Social Work, or similar ONLY Freshers need apply Show more Show less
