Zoptal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our Business Development team as an Online Bidder . This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in IT sales and client acquisition. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and Fiverr Identifying and communicating with potential international clients Preparing proposals and client follow-ups Understanding client requirements and coordinating with the tech team Generating leads and converting them into business opportunities What We’re Looking For: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of IT services and technologies (training will be provided) Strong negotiation and analytical skills Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment Internship Structure: The internship begins with a 1-2 month unpaid training period, during which candidates will be evaluated based on performance. Upon successful completion of the initial phase, candidates will receive a stipend for the following 6 months . Based on overall performance, candidates may be offered a full-time salaried position thereafter. Additional Information: Candidates are required to bring their own laptop for the duration of the training period. A bond period will apply upon joining as a full-time employee. Terms and conditions will be discussed with selected candidates.
