About the Role

AV Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and motivated freshers from Mechanical or Electrical engineering backgrounds who are interested in starting their career in technical sales & project engineer. The role involves interacting with clients, understanding their technical requirements, and promoting engineering products/solutions.

Eligibility

• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Fresher (0–1 year)
• Gender: Any
• Location: Gwalior, Bhopal
• Joining: Immediate preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and promote engineering products in the distribution segment
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide basic technical support to clients
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and support the sales team
• Visit clients/sites as required
• Maintain reports and documentation

Skills Required

• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical components
• Willingness to learn sales & marketing
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
