Job Description: Inside Sales Coordinator Customer Support Key Responsibilities: •Support the outside sales team by coordinating sales activities and ensuring seamless communication. •Prepare and provide quotations to customers based on their requirements. •Handle inquiries from customers, offering product information and assistance. •Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries to ensure timely responses. •Maintain and update CRM records with sales activities and customer interactions. •Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, and service) to ensure smooth order processing. •Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance. •Provide technical support on scientific instruments like pH meters, EC meters, titrators, etc. •Keep updated on product knowledge to offer accurate information to customers. •Support in handling customer complaints and service requests, ensuring resolution.
