Job Description:
1) To Resolve members and custodians queries and provide Level 1 support to members;
2) To Troubleshot major errors, solving broadcast issues;
3) To Generate pending complaint report by EOD and its escalation;
4) To Manage Helpdesk Web link;
5) To Send Bulk SMS and Bulk mailers;
6) To handle contingency operation;
7) To Co-ordinate with concerned department & track each complaint till closure;
8) Application installation, dealer registration, client uploading;
9) To Arrange demos for the onboarding users;
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
