Fresher Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Use job portals, social media, and internal databases to source potential candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of candidate interactions
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Foster a positive candidate experience from start to finish

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
in any discipline
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
in English
Strong
interpersonal skills
and the ability to build rapport quickly
Willingness to work in
night shifts
(7:00 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST)
Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus (training will be provided)
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a quick learner
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
