Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and social media.
  • Understand client requirements and assist in identifying suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Learn and adapt to various IT technologies and hiring processes.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and HR.
  • Basic understanding of IT technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / IT / Management / Any discipline.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
