Salary
Freshers: ₹19,000 CTC
Experienced: ₹20,000 CTC
Job Description
We are hiring for a Domestic Non-Voice Process role. The ideal candidate should have basic written communication skills and the ability to draft clear and professional emails.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via email or chat
Draft and send appropriate email responses in decent English
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow process guidelines and achieve assigned targets
Requirements
Any graduate or undergraduate can apply
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome
Must be willing to work in rotational shifts
Decent English writing skills are a must
Immediate joiners preferred
