Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Recruiter located in Ghaziabad. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for various roles within the organization. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, and managing the hiring process from start to finish. The role also involves maintaining a database of potential candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing and screening candidates
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities
• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in recruiting for the technology or AIDC industry is a plus
