Job Description

The Development Operations (India) team at Guidehouse SEAS Platform Engineering is looking for Fresher DevOps Infrastructure Engineers who are eager to learn new open-source infrastructure and DevOps tools. As a part of the Solutions Engineering and Architecture team, you will be responsible for supporting and developing infrastructure for Guidehouse's internal projects while collaborating with users across different business segments. Your responsibilities will include collaboratively building and maintaining infrastructure for internal stakeholders and external clients using tools such as Terraform. You will also need to have a good understanding of cloud concepts, support internal Dockerized platforms for internal analytics users, administer Linux servers (RedHat and Ubuntu), and be willing to work in the 2 PM to 11 PM shift. To be successful in this role, you should have a background in computer science (B. Tech Computer Science or B.Sc CS, BCA, etc.), basic knowledge of Git version control, Linux training (RedHat or Ubuntu), understanding of cloud computing basics, and proficiency in at least one scripting language like Bash or Python. Having additional qualifications such as AZ900 or AWS CCP Certification, experience with Docker containers, RedHat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification, infrastructure, CI/CD, or config management experience (e.g. Ansible, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Puppet), system administrator level experience with Linux, and knowledge of DevOps tools like Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes would be advantageous.
