As a PE-Default Servicing specialist, your role involves using your MS Excel skills to manage and support mortgage loan processes. You will be working night shifts in the office, overseeing foreclosure claim filing and bankruptcy procedures to ensure efficient operations that contribute to the company's success and societal well-being. - Manage and support default servicing processes for mortgage loans with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. - Utilize MS Excel for data analysis and report generation to aid decision-making. - Collaborate with team members to streamline foreclosure and claim filing procedures. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all servicing activities. - Monitor and track loan statuses for timely stakeholder updates. - Assist in resolving complex servicing issues aligning with company policies. - Maintain detailed records of servicing activities for audit purposes. - Communicate effectively with internal and external parties for smooth operations. - Implement best practices to enhance productivity and service quality. - Provide insights for process improvements based on data analysis. - Support managing bankruptcy cases adhering to legal protocols. - Contribute to developing training materials for new team members. - Participate in team meetings to strategize on servicing goals.
