Role Overview:
The Fresh Graduate – Operations will support day-to-day business activities, ensure smooth workflow coordination, and assist in process execution. The role involves data handling, documentation, communication with internal teams, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operational tasks and follow established processes.
• Perform data entry, maintain records, and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely task completion.
• Monitor workflow progress and escalate issues when required.
• Support process improvements and assist in implementing new operational practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Engineering, Commerce preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
