French Travel Sales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Detailed and strong understanding of fares and ticketing rules for air reservations. (international, multi-cities, and multi-destinations)
• Customer-Centric: The customer is at the forefront of everything we do - you must live and breathe customer service and promote high customer engagement, Excellence of Service through all interactions.
• Solid understanding of travel trends and industry best practices.
• Ability to multitask with a desire to resolve urgent matters as quickly and efficiently as possible in full autonomy.
• Assist our customers with their pre-travel, in-travel, and post-travel requests (complex and non-complex requests, online reservations) through multiple contact channels: call, chat, and email.
• Provide accurate information, relevant solutions, and recommendations to our travelers, ensuring compliance with our customers' travel policies.
• Take calls, respond to emails, and apply your successful sales techniques to turn an initial inquiry into a confirmed reservation.

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum graduate degree in hospitality, travel, and tourism, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken French is essential/Level B2 in French.
• Three years or more of experience as a French Travel Sales Consultant in the travel industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Computer Reservation Systems, GDS Systems, and awareness of e-traveling procedures.
