Join us to ignite brilliance in the realm of content and shape the future of content management through innovative research and development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide QuarkXPress product support (SAAS) to worldwide Quark customers via phone, chat, and emails. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills in the French language, both oral and verbal, with a strong problem-solving aptitude. - Manage customer expectations by communicating all issues internally and externally, ensuring first-time resolution (FTR). - Respond to day-to-day queries and follow up with customers within a 24-hour period through email and calls. - Stay updated on QuarkXPress (Desktop publishing) and related software updates. - Identify trends in problem occurrence or workflow and provide proactive solutions. - Utilize relevant experience in working with European customers (French) via call, email, and chat. - Display a growth-oriented and positive attitude, taking responsibility for any business-related requirements. - Be comfortable working in regional shift timings. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum qualification of a graduate degree. - Proficiency in written and verbal communication in the French language, along with flexibility, patience, and excellent problem-solving skills. - Preferably, 3+ years of experience in supporting French customers on phone, email, and chat. - Hands-on experience in QuarkXPress (Desktop publishing) would be advantageous. - Technical troubleshooting experience on MAC and Windows operating systems. - Exposure to the Macintosh environment and/or Publishing Domain is a plus. - Strong customer service skills and a commitment to enhancing the customer service experience. **About Quark Software:** Quark Software is a global leader in content automation, intelligence, and design.
