Provide information about various career paths, college programs, and job markets. Help with application processes for colleges, scholarships, and internships. 3. Personal Counseling Support students dealing with stress, anxiety, peer pressure, or self-esteem issues. Offer strategies to improve confidence, motivation, and emotional well-being. Maintain confidentiality and create a safe space for students to express themselves. 4. Parental Guidance (Optional) Collaborate with parents to align on the student's goals and challenges.
