Job Description

As a Business Development / Executive for the Overseas Development - Freight division in Delhi, your role will primarily involve generating sales for the Freight Forwarding Business Unit. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth for the import freight forwarding vertical. - Utilizing your 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding (Sea & Air) sales to leverage existing shipper base and divert them once on-board. - Developing sales leads through business contacts and personal networking to achieve revenue targets set by management. - Preparing and submitting new business proposals. - Demonstrating competency in offering total logistics solutions to customers. - Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements. - Ensuring the budgeted volumes/revenue are achieved for the region through effective business development strategies.
