Freight Forwarding Operation

As a Shipping Coordinator, your role will involve coordinating and managing shipments, which includes booking, documentation, and customs clearance. You will be responsible for tracking shipments and providing clients with updates on estimated arrival times. Your tasks will also include preparing and processing shipping and customs documents, as well as effectively communicating with clients, suppliers, and carriers. It will be your responsibility to resolve issues and address client inquiries promptly. Additionally, you will be expected to create and update transportation reports, records, and documentation. Familiarity with Shipping Platforms like Odex and others will be an advantage.
