As an experienced Operations Manager at Herbal Deck, you will oversee and streamline logistics operations utilizing modern delivery platforms such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, and others. Your primary responsibility will involve coordinating end-to-end order processing, optimizing shipping costs and timelines, and enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient delivery management. A data-driven mindset, hands-on expertise with shipping platforms, and effective coordination across teams are essential for success in this role. You will be multitasking between fulfillment, shipping, and reporting while addressing issues related to delays, failed deliveries, and NDR. Your key responsibilities will include managing daily logistics operations encompassing order processing, shipping, and last-mile delivery. You will collaborate with courier partners like Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Xpressbees, monitoring performance metrics such as TAT, RTO rate, and delivery success rate. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving delivery disputes, escalations, and returns, as well as working closely with warehousing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless order flow. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in logistics platforms like Shiprocket, Pickrr, etc., possess a strong understanding of supply chain and courier integrations, and have hands-on experience with Excel, MIS reporting, and order management systems. Problem-solving skills and effective vendor management are crucial for success in this position.
