In your role as a Freight Broker & Truck Dispatcher at Maxx Solutions Brokerage (MSB), you will be responsible for managing freight brokerage operations, providing exceptional customer service, dispatching and tracking freight movements, and handling account management tasks. Your main goal will be to ensure smooth and efficient freight operations, maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers, negotiate rates effectively, and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process. Key Responsibilities: - Manage freight brokerage operations to ensure efficiency - Provide exceptional customer service to meet client needs - Dispatch and track freight movements for timely deliveries - Handle account management tasks efficiently - Maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers for successful partnerships - Negotiate rates effectively to maximize profitability - Resolve any issues that occur during the shipping process promptly Qualifications: - Proficiency in freight brokerage and brokerage skills - Strong customer service skills to address client requirements - Experience in dispatching to coordinate freight movements - Ability in account management to handle client accounts effectively - Excellent communication and negotiation skills for successful partnerships - Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team - Proficiency with transportation management software for operational tasks - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred - Experience in the logistics industry is a plus,
