Freight broker/Process Associate/US sales

As a Freight Broker at our company located in Mohali for the US Logistics process, you will play a crucial role in negotiating freight rates, coordinating shipments, and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and securing new clients while nurturing existing customer relationships. - Negotiating cost-effective freight rates with carriers and shippers. - Coordinating and tracking shipments to ensure timely deliveries. - Monitoring market trends and adjusting pricing strategies accordingly. - Handling documentation, contracts, and compliance with industry regulations. - Resolving transportation issues promptly and efficiently. - Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and communications. - Collaborating with dispatchers and drivers to ensure smooth operations. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A minimum of 6 months of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Knowledge of freight management software and logistics platforms. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Understanding of freight regulations and industry best practices.
