Freight Broker sales

We are looking for experienced professionals for a role of Freight Broker in US based company. As a Freight Broker for Krosland Logistics, you will play a crucial role in managing the transportation of goods for clients using our extensive assets. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations, utilizing logistics IT to optimize procedures, recruiting and coordinating logistics staff, communicating with suppliers, retailers, and customers to achieve profitable deals, planning and tracking shipments, and preparing accurate reports for upper management. To excel in this role, you should have knowledge of logistics, strong negotiation and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management software. This is a full-time position with a salary range of 20,000.00 - 80,000.00 per month. The benefits include paid sick time and competitive incentives. The work schedule is Monday to Friday on the night shift with performance bonus, quarterly bonus, and yearly bonus opportunities. The ideal candidate should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Mohali, Punjab before starting work. The required experience for this role is a minimum of 1 year in the field of Freight Broker. Fluency in English is a must, and availability for night shifts is required.
