Freight Broker (Fresher - Female Candidates Only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients and carriers for freight movement
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle outbound calls to international clients
• Provide timely updates and track shipments
• Manage daily operations and documentation

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Must have experience in an international voice process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Night shift availability (Cab facility provided)
